We had to answer the questions on The Reading Workshop. The first question is :

1. Create your characters and develop their characteristics and physical traits. Is there a villain and what is he/she like? How does the bad guy impact the story?

1. The first person I will tell you about is Jefery. He is an average hight. With a ton of money.

2. Next Kayli. Kayli has an average life. She’s got an average hight, money, friends, parents but now not an average life.

3. Then Noah. Noah is the most important because he is the main character in this story.

4. Then Lesty. Lesty is the evil dragon. He is the most evil most powerful dragon born. Yet!

5. Then Hinoe. Hinoe is born and now he is the most powerful dragon ever born.

6. Then Sentio. Sentio is Hinoe’s teacher. He is a very big dragon but not as big as Lesty.

7. Then Onji. Onji is the leader of Lesty’s army.

8. Then Pujy. Pujy is Hinoe’s best friend. She goes everywhere with him.

9. Then Griff. Griff is a bad bully in the real world.

10. Lastly Zaldiu. Zaldiu is a dragon that is under Lesty’s control.

Poke’mon Ultimate Handbook

I am reading the book called Poke’mon Ultimate Handbook.

Go on go to the website (click on Poke’mon Ultimate Handbook).

Did you go? If you did than you know what it is about. Cool. I know. It tells you their region, height, weight, moves, type, evolution’s, and more. This has all known data of poke’mon in 2008. I wander if they are going to make a 2010, if the do then it will have all of the poke’mon not just most of them.

This might have all of the forms of Eevee in but not all of the legendary poke’mon are in it like Arceus. But that I think is the only one. But still it would be better if all of them are in it. But what do you expected from a 2008 version.

I remember what happened the other day I saw Andrew help the new kid Cody get used to our school Logan Elm. He made friends with him before he came to our school so that might help him like this school better. I think that Cody likes this school better than he would have if Andrew didn’t help him.

Adventure

The number one thing that is keeping me reading my book is adventure. My book is mystery, it’s called Zac Power.

An example of adventure is in the book Zac and his family get dropped onto a island, guess what the island has a volcano on it. His mission is to get solution-X. What is solution-X? Will Zac find it or will something happen to it?

To find the answers to these questions and more you will have to read the book. There are four books so read them all. Have fun reading.

Post Menes

We had to do a post for Social Studies Language Arts. We had to write a post about Menes, Hatshepsut, Sargon, Khufu, Ahmose, or Hammurabi. I picked Menes.

Menes came from the river area Mesopotamia. If you don’t know where the Nile river is it is in Mesopotamia. The time of Mesopotamia is 3100b.c..

His great accomplishment was building the Memphis Dam. Also it was a dam that completely surrounded Memphis to protect it from Nile that floods once every year between June and September. Memphis was the capital of Egypt in Menes time. Menes made the crown of Upper Egypt and crown of Lower Egypt into one. His death is a mystery but according to a legend he was attacked by crocodiles.

We had to write a post for The Reading Workshop.

The book that I am reading is Hero.com.

In the book Here.com the main characters mom gets took-en by a storm, but something was in the storm. What do you think was in the storm? For farther knowledge read the book because I don’t want give it away for people that are reading it or will read it.

Also in the book when they get their powers for the second time they choose a mission, that mission was to stop a bank robing a bank that is were the story begins.

We had to make a post for The ReadingWorkshop about the plot of your book. The book that I am reading is Hero.com Rise of the Heroes.

In this book the plot is the heroes house is half destoyed by a bad guy when he took their mom. They think of ways to get her back but they couldn’t find the bad guys base.

The good guys find the base but now they have to go there and that is worse than getting your mom taken by a bad guy. I know that I don’t want to frozon and then destoried into small pesses of ice.

The 6th grade had to write a comment to the Reading Strategies, Ask Questions for Comprehension for the reading workshop.

As I was reading the book Vill@in.net 1 Council of Evil I had some questions.

1)Is this book like the book Hero.com?
2)What is Jake’s super power called?
3)Why does it tell us about a beach first instead of the alarm clock waking Jake?
4)How old is Jake?
5)Why didn’t they tell us who Basilisk was earlier in the book?

This book is like other books by:

The book Hero.com is almost just like it,in both books the main character has super powers.

It is also like the Harry Potter books. It is like them by in both of them they can perform powers like nobody can.

This book is also like the real world by people run away from home more and more every day
